Ethos is hiring a Production Supervisor for 1st or 2nd shift in our food manufacturing facility. You will guide production staff, ensure safety, quality and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement on the floor. 2+ years’ leadership experience plus a 4-year degree are required.

You’ll lead line meetings, perform safety audits and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable with long hours and weekends when needed, and have strong communication, analytical skills, and a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading, training and mentoring staff.
• Strong oral and written communication with problem-solving skills.
• Experience with yields, labor, root cause analysis in manufacturing.
• Food/Food Manufacturing industry experience required or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees on 1st or 2nd shift and meet targets.
• Lead safety audits, enforce HACCP/USDA compliance and ergonomic initiatives.
• Maintain product quality with safety plans and SOPs; train staff on procedures.
• Track yields, efficiencies and variances; work with managers to improve workflows.
• Lead monthly line meetings and daily floor walkthroughs; guide hourly staff.
