Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and interpret English safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Operate cookers and reactors safely and sanitize equipment.
• Follow SQF principles and HACCP training.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and PPE usage.
• Report safety and quality issues to supervisor or QA/management.
• Set up equipment and manage flow of product; minimize losses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
