Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a General Production Worker for an on-site role in Aumsville, OR. You will monitor quality throughout production, inspect materials, and ensure products meet GMP standards before shipment. You’ll work closely with production teams to document findings and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This contract position offers room to grow within a food manufacturing setting, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in general production or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to perform product inspection and basic quality checks.
• Familiarity with GMPs and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production lines and inspect products at various stages.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Identify, document, and report quality issues to leadership in a timely manner.
• Place non-conforming products on hold and assist with evaluations and dispositions.
• Support production teams in maintaining quality, safety, and GMP standards.
• Perform routine testing, data collection, and recordkeeping related to production and quality.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately and legibly.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and special projects to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Follow all safety policies, GMPs, and SOPs at all times.
• Collaborate with other production and quality team members for smooth operations.
