Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator in Bryan, TX to run production equipment, monitor processes, and keep areas clean and sanitary. You will follow SOPs and GMPs to ensure product quality and safety, while supporting a safe and efficient production line.

Responsibilities include operating mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment, maintaining records in the production reporting system, and collaborating with supervisors and quality personnel. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training in food production is a plus.
• Experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment, set up and monitor for production flow, troubleshoot issues.
• Perform regular quality checks on raw materials, in-process and finished goods per SOPs and GMPs.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols, wear PPE, and participate in safety training.
