Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a General Production Worker to support daily production operations, ensuring product quality and a clean, safe environment. You will help with efficient production flow and adhere to food safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, rotating through stations, and assisting with packaging and processing tasks across Dry, Moulder, Packaging, and Processing operations. Overtime and flexible scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and food safety.
• Ability to follow GMPs, GHPs, safety and food safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously during a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Continuously inspect products to ensure high quality.
• Rotate among workstations within the production area.
• Remove damaged or unclean baskets and store properly.
• Cross-train for flexibility and coverage.
• Communicate safety, quality, and equipment issues during shifts.
• Assist Utilities, Operators, and Baggers as needed.
• Maintain GMPs and clean work areas.
• Follow JSA and plant safety procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and safety.
