Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a General Production Worker to support daily manufacturing operations. You will help ensure product quality and maintain clean, safe work environments while aiding the efficient flow of production across multiple stations.

Responsibilities include rotating through different workstations, inspecting products, and adhering to GMP and GHP standards. Previous food production familiarity is a plus; overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Follow GMPs, GHPs, safety regulations and food safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Stand and walk during a 12-hour shift; able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Continuously inspect products to ensure highest quality.
• Rotate among various production stations as required.
• Remove damaged or unclean baskets and store them properly.
• Cross-train in skill-equivalent positions for flexibility.
• Communicate safety, food safety, quality, and equipment issues during shift transitions.
• Assist key production positions (Utilities, Operators, Baggers) as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and compliant with GMPs and GHPs.
• Follow all safety and food safety standards and job policies.
