Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking team members for our manufacturing facility in the United States. You will support Dry Operations, Moulder, Packaging, and Processing, ensuring products meet quality and food safety standards while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

You will rotate through stations, communicate with teammates, and help with safety and equipment needs during shifts. The role offers 8–12 hour shifts, the starting pay of $20.00 per hour, and competitive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to product quality and food safety.
• Ability to follow plant policies, GMPs, GHPs, safety regulations, and food safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Continuously inspect products to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Rotate among various workstations and assignments within the designated production area as required.
• Communicate safety, food safety, quality, and equipment issues during shift transitions.
• Build positive working relationships and communicate effectively with team members across departments.
• Follow all Job Safety Analysis (JSA) requirements, plant policies, safety procedures, and food safety standards.
• Assist key production positions, including Utilities, Operators, and Baggers, when needed.
