Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Machine Operator to monitor and troubleshoot production equipment, ensuring continuous output for Hungry Man, Gardein, and Evol products. You will join a team of 500+ associates and support production with quality checks and line supplies.

This is a physical role requiring lifting up to 40 pounds, standing for long periods, and occasional overtime to meet demand. Forklift experience preferred in a busy manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Physical position requiring being on your feet, lifting up to 40 pounds, and moving items as needed.
• Overtime may be required to meet production demand.
• Power jack and forklift experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate machines and equipment to run production lines.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment to ensure continuous production.
• Supply lines to maintain smooth production flow and product quality checks.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production demand and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.
