Job summary

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, Arkansas, is seeking a sanitation team member to maintain clean and safe production areas in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will clean and sanitize equipment, follow GMPs and safety policies, and participate in training (Lockout Tagout within 90 days). The role operates 8:00 PM to 5:30 AM, with an hourly rate of $19.88 plus $1 shift differential, reflecting overnight shift Pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Machine Operator experience preferred.
• Sanitation experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong attention to cleanliness and compliance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of food safety practices and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment, including machinery, hoppers, and extruders
• Use approved chemicals to clean and maintain production equipment
• Sweep, mop, and clean assigned production lines and surrounding areas
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices
• Follow all safety and Human Resources policies and procedures
• Attend work as scheduled and maintain punctuality
• Complete Lockout Tagout training within the first 90 days
• Support additional duties as assigned
• Identify food safety risks and escalating concerns to the lead or supervisor

Job description

Shift: 8:00 PM-5:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $19.88 an hour + $1.00 shift differential

Reporting to the Sanitation Supervisor, you will support sanitation activities within the plant environment by ensuring equipment and production areas are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained in compliance with food safety, safety, and quality standards. You will contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace by following established procedures and supporting production readiness.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
