Sensient Technologies is seeking a Food Manufacturing Operator for 2nd & 3rd shifts in Amboy Township, IL. You will operate production and packaging equipment, follow batch recipes, load ingredients, and palletize products for shipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Overtime opportunities, paid holidays and PTO, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage are provided. Training for forklift operation and safety is included.

Formación

• Overtime availability, including Saturdays when scheduled.
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility to perform production tasks.
• Interest in manufacturing and contributing to a high-performing team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and improve processes.
• Previous manufacturing or food production experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Run, oversee, and fine-tune production and packaging equipment to support safe, efficient operations.
• Follow detailed recipe cards, operating instructions, and batch documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Measure and load ingredients, package finished products, and palletize goods for shipment.
• Complete equipment start-up, shutdown, and cleaning tasks according to established procedures.
• Safely operate a forklift in a fast-paced manufacturing facility (training provided).
• Keep work areas clean and organized while complying with company policies and food safety requirements.
