Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation is hiring a Food Manufacturing Operator on 2nd and 3rd shifts to join a fast-paced foods production team. You will run, monitor, and fine-tune packaging and production equipment, follow batch docs, and ensure safety and quality standards.

You will load ingredients, palletize products, perform start-up and cleaning, and operate forklift with training provided. Prior food manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• Overtime availability, including Saturdays when scheduled.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to switch tasks quickly.
• Interest in manufacturing and contributing to a high-performing team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and improve processes.
• Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Run, oversee, and fine-tune production and packaging equipment to support safe, efficient operations.
• Follow detailed recipe cards, operating instructions, and batch documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Measure and load ingredients, package finished products, and palletize goods for shipment.
• Complete equipment start-up, shutdown, and cleaning tasks according to established procedures.
• Safely operate a forklift in a fast-paced manufacturing facility (training provided).
• Keep work areas clean and organized while complying with company policies and food safety requirements.
