Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and communicate information effectively.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Willingness to contribute to Production Improvement Teams and other temporary teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and production procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Assist on the production line and in re-packaging as assigned.
• Read codes and operate coder machines as needed.
• Ensure safety, GMP, quality, plant policies, and food safety requirements.
