Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food production processing.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Numeracy skills including basic arithmetic.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards.
• Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production lines for efficiency, accuracy and quality.
• Maintain knowledge of the entire production line.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Operate food production equipment per CGMP and FDA regulations; maintain quality and production standards.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area.
• Check instruments like temperature gauges and metal detectors.
• Pack and label finished products accurately.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and reduce waste.
• Resolve equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly.
• Ensure regular supply of raw materials to the line.
• Transport foods to internal sites as required.
• Perform other duties within the area for coverage.
