Qualifications

• Experience or training related to manufacturing or food production.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clean equipment prior to start times to ensure on-time start-ups.
• Perform quality checks and document results, adjust systems to meet specs.
• Monitor spiral freezer operations and ice buildup; act to maximize quality.
• Conduct sanitation duties and maintain GMP and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment that is not running effectively.
• Follow safety policies; report conditions affecting food safety or quality.
