Job summary

Butterball, LLC, America's favorite turkey brand, invites you to join its Ozark, Arkansas plant as a Poultry Production Intern for a 10–12 week summer program. You will work in daily plant operations and contribute to process improvements.

You will learn production fundamentals, collaborate with a team to optimize processes, and support quality assurance and food safety while developing leadership by mentoring first-line employees.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Agri-Business, Animal Science, Food Science, Meat Science, Ag Leadership, or a related field with an expected graduation date December 2027–June 2029.
• Valid drivers' license required; reliable transportation to commute to/from work.
• Willingness to relocate to Ozark, Arkansas if not in area.
