Job summary

Butterball, America’s favorite turkey brand, invites students to a 10-12 week Poultry Production Intern program at the Ozark, Arkansas plant. You’ll engage in daily production operations, support process improvements, and gain hands-on experience in a real food manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Agri-Business, Animal Science, Food Science, Meat Science, or Ag Leadership and are willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Agri-Business, Animal Science, Food Science, Meat Science, Ag Leadership, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between Dec 2027 and Jun 2029.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
• Open to relocating to Ozark, Arkansas if not in the area.
• Demonstrated participation in extracurricular activity.
• Demonstrated involvement on-campus.
• Previous work experience of any kind preferred.
