Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• 1+ year of leadership experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of USDA regulations, HACCP, SOP, SSOP
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Supervises day-to-day activities of a team.
• Ensures safety policies and conducts audits.
• Maintains production data and improves efficiency.
• Participates in HR activities such as hiring and performance management.
