Job summary

Kettle Cuisine’s Everett Plant in Everett, WA is seeking a Cook Operator to safely and efficiently execute cooking, batching, ingredient transfer, documentation, and cleaning procedures to produce high-quality food products. This role ensures food safety standards, HACCP compliance, GMP adherence, and proper records.

Responsibilities include data entry of time records, safe operation of cooking equipment, routine cleaning, evaluating ingredient integrity, and supporting GMP-related documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to enter data into a computer or tablet.
• Understand food safety, sanitation and allergen control.
• Previous work experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Understanding of contamination risks and HACCP basics.

Responsibilities

• Attendanc e and punctuality are essential.
• Accurately log daily hours worked.
• Operate cooking equipment safely and efficiently, including setup, QC and waste control.
• Perform cleaning within assigned area as per schedule.
• Maintain ingredient integrity and prevent cross-contamination.
• Escalate safety hazards to Lead.
• Support GMP documentation and changeover checklists.
