Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in food industry.
• Overtime and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines, troubleshoot, perform setup and quality checks.
• Track weight and waste; manage data sheets and logs.
• Train peers and temporary workers in processes and machine operation.
• Maintain tools and scales; ensure cleanliness and sanitation of equipment.
• Support other departments and participate in shift handoffs.
• Contribute to meeting filling metrics and schedule optimization.
