Responsibilities

• Attend and maintain regular, prompt attendance.
• Enter daily time records accurately and follow attendance policy.
• Safely operate cooking equipment and deliver quality results.
• Perform cleaning within assigned area on schedule and as needed.
• Maintain ingredient integrity and prevent cross-contamination per GMPS.
• Escalate safety and operational issues to Lead as needed.
• Support line operation documentation and 5S standards.
