Job summary

Blount Fine Foods is a family-owned manufacturer of premium fresh prepared foods in Fall River, MA. We produce restaurant-quality soups, entrées, and mac & cheese for grocery stores and foodservice channels.

We are seeking team players to support production, verify HACCP paperwork, document batch steps, and assist with packaging and recipe entry in production systems. Benefits include 401k, PTO, and insurance options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify dept HACCP paperwork
• Register and record key process steps; from start to finish of batch
• Assist w/ Pack out line set-up
• Enter all recipes into the Production database systems
• Identify departmental yield and bottleneck issues; communicate w/ Lead, Coordinator
• Production Support as needed

Summary:
