The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and ability to document production data in RiteTime and ROSS; you will support training and adapt to production demands while upholding ILLES Foods values and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production and blending preferred.
• Follows GMP, BRC, and safety procedures.
• Ability to document production data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment for finished goods per schedules.
• Verify materials, labels, and batch sheets.
• Document production data in RiteTime and ROSS.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow health/safety standards.
• Support training and additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain consistent attendance and reliability.
