Job summary

Glanbia Performance Nutrition, based in Downers Grove, Illinois, is seeking a Blender Operator to manually lift and dump ingredients into IBCs, adjust machines, and assist with downtime cleaning. The role requires handling 50–55 lb bags, strong attention to HACCP and cGMP documentation, and adherence to safety protocols.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and 3+ months of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production, with the ability to read and write in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ months of manufacturing experience preferred, in a food environment.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and cleaning equipment.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and maneuver materials as required.
• Complete daily production logs and HACCP/cGMP forms.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and support to teammates.
