Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Food Production Worker for a leading food manufacturing client in Manchester, NH. The role supports daily operations, reports to the production department, and offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule with a 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM shift and $16 per hour pay.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail oriented, and safety minded. Training is provided on the job, multilingual applicants are welcomed, and there is room for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirements.
• Multilingual applicants encouraged (English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, French, or Nepali).
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to safety and food quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the food manufacturing plant by preparing ingredients and operating line equipment.
• Package finished products and inspect quality standards through visual checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and machinery per food safety standards.
• Handle materials safely, including ingredients, packaging supplies, and finished products.
• Support the production line to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
