ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Worker for a Wilmington & Haverhill, MA site to support the production line in a cold-temperature environment. The role offers a second shift (2:30 PM–11:30 PM) with training provided and potential for ongoing employment.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, rotating tasks across assembly, rolling, and packaging croissants and sandwiches, and ensuring quality and GMP compliance. Drug and background screenings are required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in various areas of production as needed.
• Ability to tolerate temperature variations, including cold and hot conditions.
• Must pass drug and background screenings.

Our client, an industry leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Wilmington & Haverhill, MA

Pay Rate: $17 an hour

Shift: 2nd shift - 8 hour shift between 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM
