ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Worker for a leading food manufacturer in Massachusetts. The role supports production line operations, packaging, and quality checks in a cold-temperature environment.

The position offers 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM, $17 per hour, and potential for ongoing employment. Training provided with no prior experience required. Applicants must pass drug and background screenings and benefits include medical, dental, life insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with food manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes.
• Rotate between various production tasks including assembly, rolling, and packing croissants and sandwiches.
• Monitor products for quality and foreign materials, notifying supervisors of any issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to GMP policies and safety standards.
• Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical or material issues on the production line.

Our client, an industry leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Wilmington & Haverhill, MA

Pay Rate: $17 an hour

Shift: 2nd shift - 8 hour shift between 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM
