Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Worker for a leading food manufacturer in Massachusetts. You will support the production line, operate equipment, and assist with assembly, rolling, and packaging croissants and sandwiches.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. The role features a 2nd shift (2:30 PM–11:30 PM) in a cold-temperature environment, with competitive pay and opportunities for ongoing employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with food manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes
• Rotate between various production tasks including assembly, rolling, and packing croissants and sandwiches
• Monitor products for quality and foreign materials, notifying supervisors of any issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to GMP policies and safety standards
• Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical or material issues on the production line

Our client, an industry leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Wilmington & Haverhill, MA

Pay Rate: $17 an hour

Shift: 2nd shift - 8 hour shift between 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM
