Job summary

Groupe Bonduelle Fresh Americas seeks a production teammate to support the production room leads and drive safety, quality and efficiency. This role may function as packer, filler, stacker, box labeler, inspector, or multiple positions in a fast-paced facility.

You will follow GMP/PPE, HACCP and sanitation guidelines, use proper tools, and maintain a clean work area while supporting 5S and SQF programs. Works in cold environments and can lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English; comprehension of basic math.
• Willingness and flexibility to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced plant environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• GED/High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMP/PPE, safety guidelines, HACCP and sanitation policies.
• Use proper tools to open bags and portion food following processes.
• Assist production leads to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Pack units into approved cases and inspect bowls for quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 5S methodology.
• Cross-train across multiple positions (packer, filler, stacker, labeler, inspector).
• Notify QA of any quality issues and follow proper decanting procedures.
• Operate dishwasher when needed and manage equipment as required.
