You will work under the direct guidance of the Team Lead on all essential duties including palletizing, packing, and maintaining clean, audit-ready workstations. The role requires adherence to food safety programs, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient in palletizing and packaging on all production lines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and comply with food safety program and regulatory requirements.
• Comply with safety/environmental program and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized, audit-ready workstation.
• Complete timely changeovers between production runs.
• Ensure production and food safety documents are accurate.
