The Raymond-Hadley Corp in Town of Spencer, NY is seeking a Junior Blending Associate to assist with safe and efficient blending of raw materials for customers. You will work under the company food safety program, follow SOPs, and operate a forklift as needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, up to 1 year in manufacturing, and basic math and communication skills. This role involves physical activity, PPE use, and adherence to safety procedures in a food-producing environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year working in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience with handheld, touch screen reporting devices.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and comply with food safety and safety programs to ensure safe production.
• Work safely and efficiently per policies and procedures.
• Drive a forklift, complete forklift training, and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with correct mix ingredients, work orders and quantities.
• Assist with quality checks on blending equipment for damage prior to blending.
• Ensure raw materials enter mixing equipment in the correct order and are discharged correctly.
• Follow food safety and quality procedures on foreign material and sifter checks.
• Assist with quality checks and paperwork for blending of raw materials.
• Label bulk sacks per lot numbering requirements and prepare for further processing.
• Utilize Redzone software to communicate blending quality checks across departments.
