Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client, a leading food manufacturer, is seeking a Production Worker to support the production line in a cold-temperature environment. The role emphasizes reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic to fit into a dynamic manufacturing team.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, rotating tasks on croissant and sandwich lines, monitoring quality, maintaining GMP practices, and assisting in addressing mechanical issues. Training provided; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in various areas of production as needed.
• Ability to tolerate temperature variations, including cold and hot conditions.
• Must pass drug and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with food manufacturing, assembly and packaging processes.
• Rotate between various production tasks including assembly, rolling, and packing croissants and sandwiches.
• Monitor products for quality and foreign materials, notifying supervisors of any issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to GMP policies and safety standards.
• Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical or material issues on the production line.
