Monogram Foods in Bristol, IN is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to support production by repairing and maintaining meat processing equipment.

You will follow preventative maintenance schedules, perform troubleshooting, and ensure GMP/HAACP compliance while keeping the work area safe and organized. The role requires reading schematics/blueprints and using meters/test equipment, with flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of common maintenance practices and procedures.
• Electrical education/training.
• Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to use meters and test equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot various types of meat processing equipment.
• Perform building maintenance.
• Follow preventative maintenance schedule for processing equipment.
• Follow lockout/tag out procedures when performing maintenance on all machinery.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow GMP/HAACP procedures.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.
• Work with schematics and testing equipment.
• Repair tools and equipment as needed.
• Incidentally manage industrial equipment maintenance.
