Job summary

CTI Foods, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and optimal operating condition of equipment across our Kentucky facility. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and train teammates to elevate department expertise.

Must have 5+ years of advanced maintenance experience, read/write English, and a background in food manufacturing. OT, weekend shifts, and GMP adherence are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in advanced mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills or specialized training.
• Read and Write English.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Bi-Lingual a positive but not required.

Responsibilities

• Routinely inspect equipment and evaluate integrity to prevent failures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all facility equipment and machinery.
• Identify worn mechanical parts and determine replacement needs.
• Troubleshoot controls and equipment interlocks; understand electrical shutdown procedures.
• Operate and set up all plant equipment as needed for maintenance tasks.
• Prepare maintenance reports documenting activities and work performed.
• Train other maintenance mechanics to increase skill level in the department.
