Qualifications

• Experience performing routine preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment, utility systems, and facility machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Repair or replace defective parts, motors, belts, bearings, pumps, valves, and other equipment components.
• Inspect equipment regularly to identify wear, damage, or potential safety hazards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Support production operations by responding promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards at all times.
• Assist with equipment installation, setup, testing, and startup of new or modified machinery.
• Keep maintenance tools, parts inventory, and work areas clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Communicate maintenance issues, repair status, and equipment needs with supervisors and production staff.
