This role emphasizes safety, food safety, product integrity, and accurate documentation while maintaining a clean, compliant workplace in a wet manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic reading/writing and ability to follow procedures.
• Experience on a production line and familiarity with GMP/SQF/HACCP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform production line functions such as filling, labeling, wrapping, packing, and palletizing.
• Support equipment start-up, changeovers, operation, and shutdown per SOPs.
• Monitor performance, identify issues, and escalate as needed.
• Complete quality checks and review logs for accuracy.
• Enter data in computer systems and review customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and follow safety rules.
