Job summary

TW Garner Food Company is seeking a dependable Sanitation Technician to support safe and sanitary food production. You will clean and sanitize equipment, processing areas, tanks, pipelines, and other surfaces, ensuring readiness for production cycles.

Responsibilities include disassembly/reassembly of equipment, safe operation of sanitation systems, and timely completion of sanitation logs. The role requires attention to GMPs, SQF, HACCP, and safety protocols in a wet manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and follow procedures.
• Ability to complete sanitation records accurately.
• Work in a wet, non-climate-controlled environment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned equipment, areas, tanks, pipelines, and surfaces.
• Disassemble, clean, sanitize, inspect, and reassemble equipment as required.
• Operate sanitation systems and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete sanitation records, logs, and inspection forms accurately and timely.
• Identify and report sanitation or safety concerns.
