Job summary

Newly Weds Foods is seeking a maintenance professional to keep a food production line operating reliably. You will perform preventive maintenance on mixers, blenders, ovens, and conveyors, troubleshoot PLCs/VFDs, and assist with forklift repairs in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires an Associate degree in Maintenance Technology or equivalent, 1–5 years of manufacturing experience, and strong teamwork and communication. GMP/OSHA rules apply in this food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Maintenance Technology.
• 1–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PLCs and VFDs; troubleshooting is key.
• OSHA safety and GMP knowledge in food manufacturing.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on large-scale mixers, blenders, belt ovens, and conveyors.
• Support warehouse forklift service and repair.
• Execute preventive maintenance routines across production machinery.
• Install, debug, and stabilize plant equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with Production to address quality and safety issues.
• Record work orders and time cards for performance monitoring.
• Identify and report equipment concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
• Participate in overtime assignments as required.
• Handle related duties and projects as assigned.
