Job summary

Water Lilies Food, LLC is seeking an R&D Engineer in Bay Shore, NY to enhance process development and optimize operations. You will lead and grow within a dynamic team, applying analytical thinking to improve products and manufacturing processes.

Reporting to the R&D Manager, you will collaborate with Operations, QA, Logistics, and Commercialization to validate equipment, develop SOPs, and support new product scale-up.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering required.
Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in food & beverage.
Experience in product development and large-scale commercialization.
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop process optimization projects with cross-functional teams.
Lead scale-up of new products and validate new equipment.
Develop SOPs for new and existing processes.
Train staff and support optimization across operations.
