Bolay in Pembroke Pines, FL is seeking a full-time Food Preparer. The role involves preparing breakfast, lunch and/or dinners and coordinating with the general manager on meal planning.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of food preparation experience, knowledge of nutrition, and a Food Service Sanitation Certificate to ensure all procedures and recipes are followed and menus are respected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
• Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate.
