Job summary

Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a full-time Food Preparer to cut and prep menu items daily and assist with daily product mix planning.

You will review menus, follow recipes, ensure sanitary practices, and coordinate with other departments for catering needs. The role supports purchasing and inventory of food supplies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, culinary training preferred, at least 1 year of prep experience, and a Food Service Sanitation Certificate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
• Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate.
