Genghis Grill in Glendale, AZ is seeking a part-time Food Prep team member responsible for preparing foods to standardized recipes, maintaining safety and sanitation, and performing daily quality checks.

You will train new staff on food production and safety, work across multiple stations, monitor taste, temperature and presentation, and assist with other duties as assigned.

The Food Prep is responsible for the preparation of foods according to the standardized recipes; and production methods; Ensures high quality using safe, sanitary food handling techniques during preparation; service and storage and daily quality control checks; Works multiple production stations and conducts quality control checks on taste; temperature and presentation; Trains and orients selected staff on food production and safety and sanitation practices; Performs other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
