Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen in Pembroke Pines, FL is seeking a part-time Food Preparer to join our kitchen team. You will assist with breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparation, ensuring meals align with established menus and recipes.

Responsibilities include meal planning with the general manager, reviewing menus before preparation, maintaining sanitation standards, and coordinating with other departments on food service and inventory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Culinary institute graduation preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
• Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements
• Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate
