Job summary

Genghis Grill in Glendale, AZ is seeking a part-time Food Prep to follow standardized recipes, maintain high quality and sanitary handling, and perform daily quality checks across multiple stations.

You will train or orient staff on food production and safety, work at pace in a busy kitchen, and contribute to accurate presentation and customer service at service times.

The Food Prep is responsible for the preparation of foods according to the standardized recipes; and production methods; Ensures high quality using safe, sanitary food handling techniques during preparation; service and storage and daily quality control checks; Works multiple production stations and conducts quality control checks on taste; temperature and presentation; Trains and orients selected staff on food production and safety and sanitation practices; Performs other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
