Job summary

Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen in Pembroke Pines, FL is seeking a part-time Food Preparer to join our kitchen team. You will assist in breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparations, ensuring adherence to standardized recipes and portion control.

You will work closely with the general manager on meal planning, review menus, and maintain strict sanitation and safety standards while supporting inventory and cross-department coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Culinary institute or equivalent training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of food preparation experience.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
• Food Service Sanitation Certificate required.
