Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a full-time Food Preparer to cut and prep all menu items fresh daily, review menus before preparation, and coordinate food service with other departments to support catering events.

The role requires a minimum of one year of food preparation experience, knowledge of nutritional requirements, and a Food Service Sanitation Certificate. Culinary training is preferred, and a strong commitment to food safety is essential.

• Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
• Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate.

We are currently seeking a full time Food Preparer.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $8.05 - $15.00

Major Responsibilities Include

• Cutting and prepping all menu items fresh daily.
• Daily product mix planning in conjunction with general manager
• Review menus prior to preparation of food
• Assure that all food procedures are followed
• Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary (catering)
• Assist with the purchase and inventory of the food supply
