Job summary

Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a full-time Food Preparer to join our kitchen team. You will cut and prep all menu items daily and help ensure fresh, high-quality dishes.

You will plan daily product mix with the general manager, review menus, and follow established recipes and food safety procedures.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of food preparation experience, and a Food Service Sanitation Certificate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary institute or formal training preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
• Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate.
