Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Prep Worker to support meal production and adhere to Aramark sanitation standards. You’ll use daily worksheets and recipes to prepare and portion items for service, ensuring quality and safety throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include following prep lists, maintaining freshness, labeling leftovers, and keeping work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• This role requires at least basic reading and writing to communicate with team members.
• Basic math skills for portions, weights, and inventory tracking.
• One year of prep or food service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all food items using prep lists and standard recipes.
• Follows proper food handling procedures.
• Maintains rotation and freshness of food items.
• Stores leftovers correctly with labeling and dating.
• Maintains clean, sanitized work areas and refrigerators.
• Ensures stations are cleaned and equipment is sanitized at shift end.
• Maintains a safe, sanitary work environment per standards.
• Follows safety policies and completes required training.
