Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and sanitation is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written recipes and instructions.
• Basic math skills for portioning and measuring ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all food items using prep lists and standard Aramark recipes.
• Follows proper food handling procedures.
• Maintains accurate rotation of food for quality and freshness.
• Labels, dates, and stores leftovers according to standards.
• Keeps refrigerators and work areas clean and organized.
• Ensures stations are cleaned and sanitized at shift end.
• Maintains a safe and sanitary work environment that meets food safety standards.
• Follows safety policies and accident reporting procedures.
