Responsibilities

• Weigh raw ingredients according to recipe.
• Organize ingredients according to recipes by placing them in barrels, drums, etc.
• Perform constant / accurate inventory checks on ingredients according to schedules.
• Stage materials according to recipe.
• Complete paperwork / IQS entries.
• Cover staged ingredients.
• Place recipe tag on barrel / carts when recipe is complete.
• Clean / Sanitize work area.
• Help with other recipes as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Assemble/changeover equipment as assigned.
• Quality (verify product quality, item numbers, weights) Safety (follow all required safe work practices—ie: PPE, JSA)
