Responsibilities

• Coordinate with CI Lead and Maintenance on key focus areas.
• Supervise and coach team to follow CIL, CL, 5S and Oscar systems.
• Develop and implement CIL, CL, and Changeover programs with teams.
• Ensure IQS documentation is entered accurately and timely.
• Monitor run rates and safety training; address gaps in performance.
• Lead start/end shift performance and maintain documentation.
